Twój zakres obowiązków

What the job is

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day IT for the whole company. That means accounts, laptops, licences and tools, and making sure new people can work from their first day and leavers lose access on their last. When something is slow, manual or annoying, we expect you to notice it and suggest a better way. You agree bigger changes with our Technical Leader, and then you make them happen.

In practice you’ll:

set up and remove accounts in Google Workspace and our other tools, with MFA and single sign-on wherever we can

look after licences and admin settings for all our SaaS tools, and make sure we’re not paying for seats nobody uses

buy, set up and ship laptops (Windows and Mac) to people in Poland, Germany and the US, and keep track of who has what

keep a list of the tools we pay for, who owns them and when they renew, and check new tools before we sign up for them

manage our company phone numbers and WhatsApp accounts: who has which number, setting up new ones and shutting down old ones

keep our SMS automations running and up to date, and make sure messages are sent securely

take care of the basics of security: password manager, email settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sensible admin settings, and sorting things out when someone loses a laptop or clicks a phishing link

run quarterly access reviews and security training, keep our IT documentation up to date, and prepare evidence for ISO audits and for partners who ask about our security

answer IT questions from the team, and write short guides so we stop asking the same things

manage our domains and make DNS changes together with Engineering

Most of all, we want you to automate what you can. If onboarding takes ten manual steps today, we’d like it to take two.

Nasze wymagania

We’re looking for someone who

has 3–5 years of experience in IT administration, ideally as the only or main IT person somewhere

knows Google Workspace admin well and has managed Windows and Mac devices

has managed licences, users and admin settings across many SaaS tools

doesn’t need someone checking in every day, and likes to propose solutions rather than wait for instructions

takes security and privacy seriously and understands GDPR

writes things down

speaks Polish and good English (you’ll talk to German and US colleagues every day)

has automated things before, with Google Apps Script, Python or a no-code tool, and can tell us what difference it made

It’s a plus if you’ve been through an ISO audit (e.g. ISO 27001), worked with HIPAA or other healthcare data rules, supported people in several countries, or speak some German.
