Application Support IT

Location: Wrocław (2 days/week from the office)
Contract: B2B
Rate: 70-90 PLN net/hour + VAT

Join an international team supporting Finance and Master Data Management solutions. This role combines application support, business analysis, and Agile coordination, offering the opportunity to work closely with both business and IT stakeholders while driving operational stability and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide application support and coordinate incident resolution.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support backlog management.

• Gather and clarify business requirements with stakeholders.

• Support testing, releases, deployments, and change activities.

• Drive collaboration between business and technical teams.

Expectations:

• Experience in application support, service management, or business analysis.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.

• Fluent English and ability to work effectively across business and IT teams.

Nice to Have: Experience with Finance applications, Master Data Management, reporting/analytics solutions, enterprise systems, or Scrum practices.
