About the project

We are looking for a specialist to join our Intelligent Automation & AI team, providing services in the area of implementation, development, and maintenance of business process automation in our clients’ production environments.

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of automation projects, maintain operational continuity, and guarantee the stability of deployed solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Participating in business analysis workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Creating technical and project documentation.Collaborating with analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Supporting integration testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Analyzing and resolving production incidents.
• Monitoring automation solutions and UiPath / Power Platform environments.
• Investigating root causes of issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Delivering enhancements and optimization initiatives.Supporting business users in handling and resolving requests.
• Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Our requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in RPA / Intelligent Automation.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
• Experience in implementation and/or support projects.
• Experience working with business processes and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath and REFramework.
• Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator.
• Ability to independently develop and maintain automation solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with technical documentation.
• English proficiency sufficient to work in an international project environment.

Optional

• Knowledge of UiPath Document Understanding / Intelligent Document Processing.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Git.
• Understanding of AI-based solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry.
