Functional Consultant with domain skills in integtration, ERP and CRM

Role overview

Bridge business and IT as a Functional Consultant on a project that connects CRM and ERP systems around commercial sales, asset management and product warranty. You translate business needs into clear processes, requirements and prioritised user stories. You then support the teams that deliver, test and adopt the solution.

This external consulting role suits a functional expert with domain knowledge of commercial sales processes. You work with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and IT stakeholders. You also support testing, training and go-live preparation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You act as the link between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, and you support implementation, adoption and business readiness.

• Facilitate design workshops and document the outcomes.

• Consolidate input and findings into business requirements and prioritised user stories.

• Maintain the product backlog.

• Coordinate across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and IT stakeholders.

• Create process maps and test cases.

• Support testing activities.

• Prepare training materials and run knowledge transfer.

• Support go-live preparation and business readiness.

• Advise on scope, process design, cross-functional process and system impacts, solution options and risks.

• Advise on test scenarios and change readiness.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Documented experience as an External Functional Consultant with domain skills in integration, ERP and CRM.

• Solid domain knowledge of commercial sales processes.

• Hands-on experience with asset management.

• Hands-on experience with product warranty.

• Proven ability to elicit and document requirements, including facilitating design workshops.

• Proven ability to write prioritised user stories and maintain backlogs.

• Ability to coordinate across business and IT teams.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.

• Experience with claim handling.

• Experience working across multiple integrated business systems, particularly from Salesforce CRM to ERP.

Location: Greater Copenhagen area

Allocation: 25% in novmeber, 100% in december, 100 % in januay and 40% in feb.

Start date: 02.11.2026

End date: 4-6 months
