Twój zakres obowiązków

• Managing and maintaining the school's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and optimal performance.
• Providing technical support for hardware issues including computers, tablets, interactive whiteboards, and peripheral devices.
• Administering and supporting Mac ecosystem devices including MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, and related software applications.
• Installing, configuring, and updating software applications and operating systems across all devices.
• Troubleshooting technical issues for staff and students, providing timely resolution and user training.
• Acting as first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and support requests.
• Maintaining inventory of IT equipment and coordinating procurement of new technology resources.
• Supporting daily operations with technology solutions and maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining technical records, and preparing status reports.
• Collaborating with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

Nasze wymagania

• Experience in IT support or system administration.
• Expertise in network management and troubleshooting.
• Extensive knowledge of Mac ecosystem (macOS, iOS, Apple hardware and software).
• Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and repair.
• Bilingual Polish and English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with academic and administrative staff.
• Customer service oriented with patience in supporting non-technical users.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail and able to perform in a time critical working environment.
• Proactive approach to system maintenance and user support.
