About Readdle

Readdle is a pioneering force in the personal productivity space on Apple devices, having shaped the landscape since 2007. Our mission is to empower individuals and teams with innovative technology, enhancing their efficiency and creativity. We are dedicated to crafting exceptional mobile and desktop experiences for those who aspire to achieve more.

PDF Expert, our flagship product, is more than just a PDF editor. It’s one of the most loved PDF apps, trusted by over 30 million people worldwide to read, edit, annotate, and manage PDFs across Mac, iPad, and iPhone. Recognized as “App of the Year,” an “Apple Editor’s Choice,” and a Red Dot Design Award winner, PDF Expert sets the standard for effortless document workflows.

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own and improve the core experience of PDF Expert across our iOS, iPadOS, and macOS apps, from how people open, navigate, and organize documents to the editing and annotation tools they use every day. You’ll find the problems that matter most to our users, come up with new product ideas, and turn them into well-crafted solutions. You’ll also help level up our design system and shape how our team designs with AI.

Our Design Approach

We design with a clear focus on impact, whether that’s a better user experience, stronger product performance, or meaningful business outcomes. Our approach is shaped by five guiding principles: * Lead by design. Design is the driving force behind our product’s evolution. We take the initiative to shape the future of PDF Expert, lead cross-functional collaboration, and work on projects that directly influence the direction of the product. * High craft. We care about precision and detail, because quality is what users notice and remember. * Data informed. From user insights to product analytics, our decisions are backed by evidence, so our solutions meet both user needs and business goals. * Customer obsessed. Our users are at the heart of everything we do. We continuously gather feedback and conduct research to understand their needs, behaviors, and pain points. * Impact driven. We design for measurable results, whether that’s higher engagement, better product performance, or direct contribution to company growth.
