Senior PMO Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Drive portfolio and project reporting and management reporting

• Coordinate planning, milestone tracking, risks, issues, dependencies and actions

• Support resource planning, financial follow-up and forecasting

• Prepare executive presentations, governance materials and steering committee reporting

• Support portfolio governance forums and follow up on decisions and actions

• Develop and continuously improve PMO processes, tools and reporting capabilities

• Support delivery planning, prioritisation and portfolio management activities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Core Technology and Business Areas

• Work independently and proactively identify opportunities to improve portfolio transparency and execution efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management or Project Management

• Proven experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation portfolios

• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, planning and reporting

• Practical experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and action tracking

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Excellent English language skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or financial services

• Experience in large international organisations

• Knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies

• Practical experience with financial tracking and resource management

• Familiarity with portfolio management and reporting tools

• Experience driving process improvements, reporting automation and data-driven decision support
