Project Engineer/Coordinator

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating projects related to the development of assembled products and components (from the prototype phase to mass production)
• Evaluating internal project specifications
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, including risk management and project changes
• Managing project requirements and changes
• Analyzing results with the project team
• Developing action plans and project schedules, including resource allocation plans
• Organizing meetings and training sessions for the project team
• Preparing project reports and documents, as well as presentations for both internal and external use (reporting project status to Headquarters)

Our requirements

• Engineer/Master degree in engineering, technical
• Experience in project management and/or component development
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (required). Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with various departments within the group (Quality, Logistics, Engineer-ing, IT, Production, Product Development Center).
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to quality and timeliness.
• Driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel occasionally to the Czech Republic/German
