About the project

We’re seeking for our client an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Analytics or Data Platform environments. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that improve data ingestion, quality, and integration with major platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Hadoop.

You’ll act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring complex business needs are effectively translated into scalable, high-quality data solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Define project scope and align business requirements with delivery outcomes.
• Partner with the Pod Delivery Manager to communicate progress, estimates, and updates across all stakeholders.
• Support project delivery using Agile methodologies — contributing analytical, testing, and organizational support.
• Translate data insights into technical specifications for engineering implementation.
• Ensure consistent and traceable documentation across project lifecycle, including process flows and solution designs.
• Promote data governance practices, embedding quality, lineage, and definitions into project deliverables.
• Produce comprehensive documentation such as requirements, data dictionaries, mappings, and user guides.
• Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Our requirements

• Solid experience in software delivery, ideally within Data or Analytics projects.
• Proven track record delivering technically-focused Business Analysis across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across both business and technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of data lifecycles and data architecture concepts.Hands-on experience with SQL, Databases, GCP BigQuery, and third-party data integration.Experience working in Agile tech delivery teams.
