About the project

Customers fall under the EU NIS2 directive and they expect cybersecurity: they send security questionnaires, ask for penetration tests and refer to ISO 27001. The role is to take ownership of this whole topic, come up with solutions, set the rules and see them through step by step, and manage internal systems and tools.

Your responsibilities

• Company cybersecurity as a whole
• Managing internal systems (Linux and Windows servers, containers, Microsoft 365, Azure, accounts and access)
• The security measures checklist and its implementation
• Answering customer security questionnaires and audits
• Security basics for new colleagues and keeping the team informed
• Reporting security status to management

Our requirements

• Good Technical and Business English
• Hands-on experience administering Linux servers, plus Windows and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
• You take the topic as your own and don't wait to be told what's next
• You know when a measure is necessary and when it would only slow work down
• You can explain to colleagues why we do things, without scaremongering or lecturing
• You use AI tools routinely and know how to apply them in systems administration and security

Optional

• Knowledge of NIS2, ISO 27001 or the Czech Cybersecurity Act
• Experience with penetration tests or security audits
• Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, scripting (Bash, PowerShell)

Our algorithms calculate optimal routes for Zásilkovna (Packeta), Alza, Rohlík, Czech Post and other large Czech and international companies with their own fleets. Also in Poland our tools are used for example by No Limit Sp z o.o.

Our headcouter is in the middle of a forest near Valašské Meziříčí and we plan to open local office in Poznań.
