Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting application and Data Center migration projects, including preparation, testing, and migration to new environments.

• Administration, configuration, and maintenance of applications supporting payment transactions and card issuing processes.

• Monitoring application environments and ensuring their stability, performance, and availability.

• Diagnosing and resolving incidents and technical issues to support business continuity.

• Reviewing and implementing changes in production environments.

• Working closely with Application & Middleware teams, Project Managers, and other technical teams.

• Supporting infrastructure and access configuration and helping resolve technical blockers during migrations.

• Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation in Confluence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an Application Administrator, AppOps Engineer, or in a similar role.

• Experience with application or Data Center migration projects.

• Good knowledge of PL/SQL or T-SQL.

• Practical experience with Perl, PowerShell, Shell, Bash, or Python.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of application availability, performance, monitoring, and resilience.

• Good understanding of networking, load balancing, and TLS.

• Good command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with international technical teams.
