Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and multi-agent orchestration workflows.

• Build and optimize agent orchestration frameworks and execution harnesses using LangGraph, LangChain, Deep Agents, or similar technologies.

• Develop and integrate LLM-powered solutions, including AI assistants, copilots, and agentic workflows, using appropriate models and tools.

• Design, implement, and optimize RAG pipelines, including data retrieval, context management, and integration with structured and unstructured data sources.

• For the AI Architect role, define solution architecture and technical standards based on DDD, EDA, and scalable software engineering principles.

• Build end-to-end automation solutions, including scripts, workflow orchestration, API integrations, ETL pipelines, and AI-driven business process automation.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and effective monitoring.

We are looking for:

• Professional experience: Minimum 6 years of experience for the AI Engineer role and 10+ years for the AI Architect role in software engineering, AI engineering, or solution architecture.

• Programming skills: Strong hands-on experience with Python and the ability to design, develop, and maintain production-ready software solutions.

• Agentic AI and orchestration: Proven experience building multi-agent workflows, orchestration layers, and agent harnesses using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Deep Agents, or equivalent technologies.

• LLMs and RAG: Practical experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and developing AI-powered assistants and agents.

• Software architecture: For the AI Architect role, strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and designing scalable, secure, and maintainable distributed systems.

• Automation and integrations: Experience building end-to-end automation solutions, integrating systems through REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, Microsoft Graph API, and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth.

• Cloud and engineering practices: Experience deploying and maintaining production solutions using cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Docker, and CI/CD tools. Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake is an advantage.
