Customer Support Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Client Support: Supporting our clients worldwide in all service-related matters via email, WhatsApp, chat and occasionally phone.
• Systems Monitoring: Administering our online systems deployed at client sites – health checks, data validity checks, online/offline status monitoring.
• Remote Configuration: Remote connection, configuration and verification of systems.
• Client Guidance: Explaining to clients step by step what to connect, where and why.
• Business Partner Communication: Coordinating service-related topics with our business partners.
• Documentation: Working with internal documentation and instructions (Confluence).
• Escalation: Escalating technical issues to the engineering team and following them up until resolved.

Our requirements

• English Language Proficiency: Minimum level B1, both spoken and written. This is an absolute minimum and will be verified during the interview.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to explain technical matters in plain language.
• Computer Literacy: Confident PC user – web browser, online tools, Excel, reading and following documentation.
• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of electronic devices and how they connect to a network.
• Driver's License Category B: Required for potential business trips.
• Valid Passport: Required for potential international business trips.
• Willingness to Undergo Necessary Travel Vaccinations: Required for potential international business trips.

Optional

• Basic Linux knowledge (terminal, SSH)
• Experience in IT or technical support / helpdesk
• Networking basics (IP addressing, routers, LAN/Wi-Fi)
• Hands-on experience with configuring electronic devices
