Junior Backend Developer

🔥 We are looking for a  Junior Backend Developer 🔥
Do you love programming, solving real problems, and experimenting with new technologies? At MindPal, we’re building intelligent systems that power products across energy, education, and HR-tech — all from our office in Gliwice.
We’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer with at least 1 year of commercial experience, who may not know everything yet, but is hungry to learn, open to challenges, and genuinely enjoys writing code that works and scales.

🟪 Scope of cooperation:

• Build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

• Collaborate with experienced developers and PMs on production-ready features.

• Work with databases (Supabase, PostgreSQL) and modern tools like Docker.

• Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow.

• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects.

🟪 What We Value:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development.

• Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git).

• Curiosity for learning new stacks — e.g. Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or AI integrations.

• A love for side projects, hackathons, or student club initiatives.

• Problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to explore how things work.

• Communicative English (written and spoken).

🟪 What We Offer:

• Long-term cooperation with regular involvement in backend projects.

• The possibility to work from our office in Gliwice and participate in agreed in-person team meetings.

• Real projects for international clients using modern technologies.

• Access to AI and automation tools supporting efficient project delivery.

• A collaborative team environment focused on knowledge sharing, development, and ownership.

• Room to experiment, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve.

💬 Sounds like you? You don’t need to be an expert. We’ll teach you the rest — as long as you bring passion, curiosity, and the drive to grow.
