About the project

We are looking for experienced Test Automation Engineers to join a dynamic team working on an automated benchmarking platform for smart home devices. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with a talented group of engineers dedicated to enhancing product quality through innovative testing solutions. You will engage in hands-on software engineering, focusing on Python development, test automation, and AWS services. The team meets in person once a month for collaboration and team-building activities. If you are passionate about building robust testing frameworks and improving device performance through automation, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Your responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks using Python
• Building and deploying software solutions on AWS cloud services
• Processing large volumes of test data and generating actionable insights
• Integrating hardware components with automated benchmarking systems
• Creating web applications and dashboards for performance metrics visualization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on test automation
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with automated testing frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and data processing
• Solid understanding of SQL for data management and analysis
• Availability for one on-site visit per month to the office in Gdańsk
• Ability to design and implement software solutions that enhance testing efficiency
• Advanced proficiency in Polish and English
• Residency in Poland

Optional

• Experience with hardware integration and benchmarking systems
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in testing
