We are looking for a SM to work with our customer. Our client is a globally operating financial services provider specializing in online CFD trading across forex, commodities, indices, metals, energy, and cryptocurrencies. It combines advanced trading technology, competitive pricing, and fast trade execution to deliver a seamless trading experience for retail and institutional clients. The company operates across multiple international markets and maintains a strong focus on regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers.

Wymagania

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.
• Experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and practical team facilitation.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting backlog and sprint management.
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence to support delivery and track progress.
• Experience in FinTech, trading, wealth management, payments, or other heavily regulated industries.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with software delivery processes, system integrations, and technical dependencies.
• Understanding of regulatory, security, and compliance considerations in financial services.
• Experience supporting multiple teams or coordinating delivery across complex projects.

Zakres obowiązków

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the team in maintaining a healthy and predictable delivery pace, ensuring alignment on sprint goals and priorities.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
• Coach the team and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to improve collaboration and delivery.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and clear definition of requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate them transparently to stakeholders.
• Help improve team processes, reduce bottlenecks, and promote accountability and self-organisation.
• Support coordination across teams where dependencies or shared priorities affect delivery.
