Multiple IT Contract Opportunities | 100% Remote Poland

We are recruiting for several experienced technology professionals to join a major banking transformation programme in Poland.

1. Full Stack Developer (.NET) – 4–8 years

Must have strong hands-on experience with .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web/REST APIs, Microservices, SQL and Kafka.

Additional experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, unit testing and Agile delivery is required. React.js/Node.js experience is beneficial.

2. Full Stack Technical Lead (.NET) – 8–10 years

Strong .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices, Kafka and SQL Server/PostgreSQL background.

Must combine hands-on technical capability with technical leadership, code reviews, engineering standards, Azure DevOps/CI/CD and secure coding. React.js/Node.js exposure is beneficial.

3. Business Analyst – Banking – 8–10 years

Seeking experienced BAs with strong banking/financial-services experience in one or more of:

Cash Reconciliation & Accounting/Ledger
Trading & Wealth Management
Regulatory Reporting

Strong requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, data mapping, traceability and UAT/business sign-off experience required.

4. Power BI / Reporting Architect Lead – 10+ years

Senior hands-on reporting specialist with excellent Power BI and DAX experience.

Must have strong expertise in dashboard design, report UX, KPI design, data visualisation, data storytelling and reusable reporting patterns, with the ability to establish reporting standards and review engineering outputs.

5. Test Architect / QA Lead – 10+ years

Senior QA professional experienced in test strategy, test planning, delivery management, QA team leadership and defect management.

Must be capable of defining the overall testing approach, managing execution, risks and dependencies, and driving automation and continuous quality improvement.

6. Program Manager – 10–14 years

Experienced technology Programme Manager with strong programme management, delivery governance, executive/stakeholder management, risk & dependency management, financial management, resource planning and client management.

Must be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, vendors and senior stakeholders within complex transformation programmes.
