Senior Business Architect - EDI Integrations (M/F/D)

About the project

As a Senior Business Architect in Strategic Customers Integration Team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to design and implement integration solutions. In this role, you will own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment and hypercare.

Your responsibilities

• Lead complex EDI integration projects from initial analysis through implementation and hypercare
• Analyze DSV customers’ requirements and prepare technical specifications
• Analyze and estimate the work effort to implement new solutions
• Creation or modification of complex interfaces based on existing standard solutions, ensuring high quality using test scenarios
• Design, create, and modify complex integration interfaces based on existing standards and best practices
• Maintain timely, efficient and proactive stakeholder communication regarding the daily tasks and projects
• Support business and the organization to identify any possible cooperation with the EDI department
• Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to support team development and success
• Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI integration projects
• Extensive expertise in EDI standards, particularly UN/EDIFACT and ANSI-X12, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex EDI landscapes
• Solid understanding of EDI transactions and integration processes within transport and logistics environments
• Advanced knowledge of XML and XPATH
• Vast experience implementing IT projects with Agile methods
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, AS2 or HTTP
• Strong analytical thinking, effective problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration
• Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize and manage time effectively in order to meet goals and achieve results
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of communication protocols critical to EDI processes, including API, FTP, SFTP, and AS2, with proven hands-on implementation experience
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
