Obowiązki

1. Test features and fixes on staging: functional, exploratory and cross-browser.

2. Regression before each weekly release; short smoke test afterwards.

3. Test voice calls end to end, from microphone check to the resulting report.

4. Check accuracy and consistency of AI output and build small repeatable evaluation sets.

5. Write clear bug reports in English with steps, expected/actual results, screenshot or recording.

6. Maintain regression checklists and gradually automate stable paths.

Wymagania

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and exploratory software QA, including independent assessment of product behaviour, investigation of defects, and testing beyond predefined test scripts.

2. Experience testing web applications built with modern technologies such as React, Next.js, and REST APIs, with an understanding of backend services and databases such as PostgreSQL.

3. Practical experience in cross-browser testing across desktop and mobile browsers, including testing responsive interfaces and real-time audio functionality.

4. Daily use of AI tools in QA workflows and experience evaluating AI/LLM-based features, including response consistency, hallucinations, edge cases, unusual inputs, and nondeterministic outputs.

5. Fluent spoken and written English, with access to a quiet environment suitable for live voice calls and testing browser-based voice AI functionality.

6. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest, API testing tools such as Postman, and browser automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress. Experience with Playwright is a plus.

7. Experience with web-based SaaS products, preferably B2B platforms in sales or recruitment. Familiarity with TypeScript, JavaScript, cloud environments such as Google Cloud Run, Docker, and collaboration tools such as Jira, GitHub, and Slack is an advantage.
   
   Nice to have:
   
   1. Testing real-time voice/video features: WebRTC, voice assistants, calling apps.
   2. Testing LLM-based features: consistency, hallucinations, unusual inputs, evaluation sets.
   3. Playwright or Cypress.
   4. API testing with Postman or similar.
   5. Web SaaS product experience, ideally B2B, sales or recruiting tools.
