Dynamics CE Consultant

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and translate customer needs into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

• Gather and document functional requirements and design solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules and functionalities.

• Participate in CRM implementation and migration projects, from requirements analysis through testing and go-live.

• Work directly with clients, conduct workshops and advise on available Dynamics 365 capabilities.

• Cooperate with developers and technical teams on customizations, integrations and extensions.

• Support testing, user acceptance and deployment activities.

• Provide functional support and help resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CE.

• Prepare functional documentation, user guides and training materials.

• Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution proposals and demonstrations when required.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Dynamics CRM.

• Good understanding of CRM processes, particularly in areas such as sales, customer service, marketing or customer data management.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementations, configurations or migrations.

• Strong business analysis skills and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

• Experience working directly with clients and conducting requirements workshops.

• Good understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 integrations.

• Familiarity with customizations, workflows, business rules and system configuration.

• Experience cooperating with developers and technical architects.

• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
