Senior ServiceNow Developer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and work on ServiceNow solutions for the banking and financial services sector. You will focus on developing, customizing, and improving the platform, optimizing process flows, and delivering scalable solutions within complex enterprise environments. You will collaborate with experienced ServiceNow specialists and contribute to the development of solutions supporting key business processes.

Your tasks

• Developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions, including Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages, Flows, Workflows, portals, widgets, and dashboards

• Configuring and administering the ServiceNow platform, including security, data management, upgrades, and skipped record reviews

• Building and maintaining integrations with third-party systems and other ServiceNow instances using REST/SOAP web services and APIs

• Participating in requirements analysis, solution design, technical reviews, testing, and deployment activities, as well as SCRUM meetings

• Identifying automation and platform improvement opportunities, while ensuring compliance with internal development standards and maintaining technical documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer

• Experience in core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management

• Organized and focused approach to work

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Respective ServiceNow certifications would be an asset

• Fluency in Polish and English is required

• Residing in Poland required
