YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Project Lead in executing the RACF Access Control, Onboarding & Clean-up track.

• Manage day-to-day delivery activities and a project delivery team (14 FTE).

• Drive progress, define approaches, and collaborate with the RACF Integration Team and IAM/Mainframe experts.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement with business and line organizations to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Identify, qualify, and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accelerate project completion.

• Act as Deputy to the RACF Project Leader in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.

• Ensure delivery against agreed timelines and milestones across Business Delivery (BD) teams.

• Facilitate daily standups, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

• Maintain action and decision logs, project documentation, and progress trackers.

• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, escalating as needed.

• Prepare status reports and presentations for management.

• Support project governance processes and reporting requirements.

• Develop and implement recommendations for automation and process improvements.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• Proven experience managing or coordinating projects in banking, financial services, or regulated environments.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to drive delivery, manage priorities, and resolve obstacles in complex projects.

• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.

• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management.

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control processes.

• Familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments (highly desirable).

• Understanding of regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements in financial institutions.

• Experience with process analysis, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination capabilities.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across teams.

• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
