Finance SME – Lubricants (Downstream)

Summary: The role's main function is to represent the lubricants business, specifically focusing on base oils, blending, and finished lubricants in order to optimize product hierarchy and profitability.

Responsibilities:
• Capture lubricants finance, reporting, and KPI practices across blending plants and markets.
• Define product hierarchy needs such as base oil groups, viscosity grades, product lines, and pack sizes.
• Define customer, channel (B2B, B2C, distributor, OEM), and geographic profitability requirements.
• Validate GCOA, product master, and segmentation outputs for lubricants.

Must Haves:
• Senior finance or commercial finance role in a lubricants or base oils business.
• Experience with product, brand, and customer profitability in a high-SKU environment.
• Understanding of blending costs, packaging, and distributor economics.

Nice to Haves:
• Multi-country lubricants experience (GCC, Asia, or Europe).
• Exposure to trade-spend and marketing cost allocation.
