R&I – PLM Project Coordinator

Your responsibilities

• Support of users (from Specification, Product & Packaging development, Quality and Operations departments) in solving daily issues and answering technical questions
• Ensuring the correctness of data in systems through regular data & interfaces monitoring
• Everyday cooperation with Key Users and IT teams on system improvements
• Training of new users and preparation of instructions
• Taking part in delivery of new systems’ functionalities and improvements by writing functional specifications, performing tests in system and updating instructions

Our requirements

• Fluent English (used in daily work) and good communication skills
• Good computer skills and analytical skills
• Good skills in terms of organization, prioritization and time management in a highly international environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, IT or Engineering
• Experience with SAP, Infor PLM software and advanced Excel skills will be a benefit
• Experience in Systems business support in the food or pharmaceutical industry and programming knowledge will be a benefit
