MES/MOM Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Solution Architecture

• Expert Advisory: Serve as the principal MES/MOM Subject Matter Expert (SME) and strategic advisor across enterprise manufacturing transformation programs.
• Fit-Gap & Process Alignment: Conduct fit-gap analyses to align complex manufacturing practices with industry standards and platform capabilities.
• Architecture & Integration Strategy: Guide end-to-end solution architecture, data flows, and integration strategies connecting MES/MOM with ERP, PLM, and shop-floor systems.

Program Delivery & Risk Management

• Requirements & Validation: Drive functional requirement gathering, deployment roadmaps, testing strategies, and business validation.
• Risk & Best Practices: Conduct operational risk assessments and embed Aerospace & Defense (A&D) best practices (e.g., AS9100 compliance, quality gates, full traceability).
• Enablement & Workshops: Lead technical workshops, cross-functional alignment sessions, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and plant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Solution Architect, or Lead Advisory Consultant in large-scale MES/MOM implementations.
• Mandatory: Deep domain expertise in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) sector.
• Proven track record in fit-gap analysis, integration strategy (ERP/PLM/Shop Floor), and solution architecture design.
• Hands-on experience driving deployment planning, testing validation, and stakeholder workshops.
• Strong knowledge of A&D manufacturing standards, traceability, and quality compliance.
