About the project

Join an international team developing a strategic Data Platform used globally for analytics, reporting, and AI-driven solutions. We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Architect who will take ownership of designing modern Data & AI architectures powered by Databricks, Azure, and GenAI technologies. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide data strategy, establish governance standards, and shape the future of advanced analytics and AI capabilities.

Your responsibilities

• Designing scalable Data & AI architectures leveraging Databricks and Azure technologies
• Defining and evolving Data Governance frameworks using Unity Catalog, Microsoft Purview, lineage, and audit capabilities
• Creating and maintaining architectural documentation, including ADRs, HLDs, LLDs, and decision logs
• Designing Lakehouse layers, semantic models, and data structures supporting enterprise analytics and BI solutions
• Architecting GenAI and LLM solutions aligned with business and platform requirements
• Driving platform optimization, FinOps standards, and collaboration with Infrastructure as Code teams

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BI Architect, Data Architect, or in a similar architecture-focused role
• Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks, Data Platform architecture, and modern AI technologies, including GenAI/LLM solutions
• Experience designing data governance solutions, including Unity Catalog, Microsoft Purview, access models, lineage, and audit frameworks
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures
• Strong knowledge of Lakehouse architecture, dimensional modeling, conformed dimensions, and semantic layer design
• Advanced English and excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with international stakeholders
