RPA Developer (Blue Prism)

About the project

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join an automation team supporting digital transformation initiatives across global business units.

In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate. You will also work with REST API integrations.

You will collaborate closely with RPA Analysts, Process Experts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable, and efficient automation solutions.

Work Mode: hybrid from Gdańsk office

Start of the project: ASAP

Duration of the project: 12 months (with possibility of extension)

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate
• Build integrations with internal and external applications using REST APIs
• Work closely with RPA Analysts and business stakeholders to translate process requirements into technical solutions
• Develop automation solutions in line with architecture guidelines, development standards, and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting production automations
• Contribute to Agile ways of working and DevOps practices within the automation team
• Ensure developed solutions are reliable, scalable, and maintainable

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in process automation or software development
• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, including integrations between enterprise applications
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale automation solutions
• Good understanding of software architecture and development best practices
• Ability to design robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment

Optional

• Experience with other RPA platforms, such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Programming experience in C# or another object-oriented language
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of Machine Learning or Intelligent Automation solutions
• Knowledge of shipping, logistics, or business administration processes
