🚀 The Opportunity

We’re hiring urgently on behalf of a leading global financial services organisation in Wrocław. You’ll join an engineering team building and modernising high-scale backend platforms that support critical business operations, combining cloud-native Azure services with a modern Java stack.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Engineer scalable, high-performing backend services with Java and Spring Boot

• Design and expose RESTful APIs and integrate them across business-critical systems

• Model and optimise data in PostgreSQL

• Build cloud workflows using Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory

• Own the delivery pipeline by contributing to CI/CD and DevOps improvements

• Raise the quality bar through clean code, solid testing, and a focus on security and maintainability

• Partner with product, QA, and engineering teams across locations

• Diagnose and resolve production issues, and push for continuous improvement

✅ What You Bring

• Strong, hands-on commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Solid track record building and integrating REST APIs

• Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• An analytical, solution-oriented mindset

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude

• Fluent English
