About the project

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll work directly with the companies building all of it, taking contractors from chaos to clarity on some of the largest projects in the world. We're one product, built in-house by one team across London, Kraków and Dubai. We're fast-moving, fast-growth and founder-led: no layers between you and the decisions that matter, and real ownership from day one.

We work hybrid from our new Kraków office, coming together as a team at least two days a week.

Technical Implementation ConsultantEvery customer's journey with Archdesk starts the same way: a system that's brand new to them, and a business that can't afford to pause while they figure it out. That's where you come in. You'll take ownership of each customer's configuration from day one, shaping the platform around how they actually build so with time it doesn't feel like new software but it is an integral part to how they operate.

ARCHDESK OPERATIONS POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ

Archdesk helps build the world around us, from individual houses all the way to stadiums, bridges, the data centers powering the AI revolution, and even entire cities rising from the ground. Today, tens of thousands of projects representing more than $350 billion in construction value run on our platform, with customers spanning six continents.

Most of the industry still manages work like this on spreadsheets, email chains and a dozen disconnected files. Archdesk replaces that patchwork with one platform that connects everything: cost control, scheduling, procurement, site records and reporting, giving contractors real-time command over projects worth hundreds of millions.
