Braze Solution Architect

Delivering cohesive solutions at speed is a constant challenge for MarTech teams in product-led environments where requirements shift, and ambiguity is the norm. This role sits at the center of the space, connecting business intent and technical execution to keep delivery moving. If you thrive in environments where iterative delivery and outcome-led thinking are valued, you will shape solutions that drive commercial impact without waiting for perfection. Remote work means you partner closely with stakeholders to bridge technical constraints and business needs. Consistent, reusable solutions matter because they enable real progress and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to technical advisor for the client on Braze, partnering with Product Managers, BAs/POs and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure solutions are cohesive, scalable and reusable across use cases
• Provide early-stage sizing and estimation for new initiatives and operate effectively where requirements are not fully defined
• Shape delivery iteratively rather than waiting for full definition and enable faster prioritisation decisions, realistic scoping and clear technical trade-offs
• Provide clear, actionable guidance on how to achieve business outcomes technically and recommend approaches and trade-offs between implementation options
• Operate with lightweight solution design and minimal but effective documentation, using strong verbal and collaborative design practices
• Act as the go-to technical advisor for the client in Braze and work closely with Product Managers, BA/PO roles and business stakeholders
• Bridge business intent and technical execution, as well as technical constraints and commercial impact
• Champion comfort working with ambiguity, iterative delivery and test-and-learn, and outcome-led solutioning
