IT Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to join a project delivery team supporting an international environment.

This role requires someone who combines strong Agile delivery experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. As the position involves close collaboration with teams and stakeholders, regular presence in the Kraków office is required at least 2 days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting effective project delivery in an international environment

• Acting as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies

• Coordinating collaboration between different teams and stakeholders

• Supporting effective communication, alignment and delivery across the project

• Using JIRA to support Agile delivery and track project activities

• Identifying and helping resolve blockers affecting delivery

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master

• Very good knowledge of Scrum and Agile ways of working

• Hands-on experience with JIRA

• Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment

• Availability to work from the Kraków office at least 2 days per week

Nice to have

• Technical background or previous experience working closely with technical teams

• Experience with data-related projects or environments

Location

Kraków, hybrid – minimum 2 days per week from the office
