EMEA Carrier Manager

Your responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Carrier Manager to lead the Connectivity team across the EMEA region. The role focuses on managing telecom carrier relationships, ensuring service performance, compliance, and cost optimisation across approximately 40 carriers and 19 markets in Europe and the Middle East.

You will collaborate with internal finance, procurement, and technology stakeholders, ensuring effective service delivery and network reliability across the enterprise.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all carrier services and network infrastructure.

• Define carrier management governance, covering performance, contracts, and third-party engagement.

• Ensure service compliance and quality across all connectivity providers.

• Partner with finance and procurement teams to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.

• Build strong, strategic relationships with external carriers and vendors.

• Manage contracts, renewals, evaluations, and RFPs to support service continuity.

• Provide reliable reports and visibility of carrier performance to leadership.

Our requirements

• Proven experience in telecoms infrastructure and carrier management within large international organisations.
• Deep understanding of network services, circuits, and connectivity technologies.
• Experience managing regulated or complex IT environments, preferably in enterprise-scale setups.
• Strong background in third-party/vendor management and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business topics.
• Collaborative, adaptive, and customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
