Business Continuity Analyst / ICT BCP Analyst

We are looking for a Business Continuity Analyst / ICT BCP Analyst to join a long-term project within an international organization in the financial sector.

The project focuses on developing ICT Business Continuity Plans (ICT BCPs), including defining ICT disruption scenarios, preparing BCP frameworks and documentation, and collaborating with key stakeholders. The role is primarily analytical and organizational, with a strong focus on structured documentation, workshops, coordination, and ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Support the definition of ICT disruption scenarios,

• Contribute to the development of the ICT BCP framework and templates,

• Analyze and prepare structured project and continuity documentation,

• Plan and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders,

• Track open actions and coordinate follow-up activities,

• Prepare project materials, presentations, procedures, and documentation,

• Support project reporting and provide timely progress updates,

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory initiatives.

Requirements:

• Around 1–3 years of professional experience,

• Strong analytical skills,

• Experience working with complex, structured documentation,

• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, IT Risk, or regulatory projects,

• Experience preparing project documentation, procedures, policies, frameworks, presentations, or similar materials,

• Ability to facilitate workshops and cooperate with different stakeholders,

• Proactive and independent approach with a strong sense of ownership,

• Ability to identify gaps and drive topics forward without detailed instructions,

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of DORA and financial-sector operational resilience regulations,

• Experience in banking or financial services,

• Understanding of Crisis Management / Disaster Recovery.
