Junior Project Manager

• Work mode - hybrid - 2 days a week from the Warsaw office.

• Assignment type: B2B

• Start: 28-09-2026.

• Contract length >  26-02-2027 + possible extensions.

• Language – English + Polish.

• Industry – logistic.

• Recruitment process - 2 interviews with the client.

• Workload: Full time.

Summary: This role focuses on supporting project management activities, ensuring successful execution through effective communication and relationship management within the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and manage assigned projects
* Deploy tasks and mitigate project risks
* Follow up on assigned tasks and verify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Participate actively in project meetings
* Manage stakeholder relationships proactively and effectively
* Utilize JIRA for project management
* Work on migration projects as needed

Must Haves:

* Basic experience in project management
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluency in English
* Ability to build and maintain business relationships
* Goal-oriented with problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work under pressure

Nice to Haves:

* Experience with JIRA
* Familiarity with migration projects
