About the team
The IT Enablement function exists to make the company run as smoothly as possible: secure, automated, and improving over time. The helpdesk team is the front door for every technical question an employee has. It is a dedicated pod focused entirely on keeping people unblocked, working through a shared, AI-native service desk with common SLAs and automated routing.

What you'll be doing

• Own second-line tickets in the shared service desk: the issues that need real troubleshooting, not just a reset.

• Be a technical anchor for the helpdesk pod: unblock the junior consultant, share patterns, and raise the quality bar on resolutions.

• Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding: devices staged, accounts and access provisioned, day-one setup done right.

• Manage the local hardware lifecycle: provisioning, stock, repairs, and returns.

• Spot recurring issues and turn them into fixes, documentation, or automation rather than repeat tickets.

Who you are

• 3–4 years of experience in IT support or IT operations, with real depth in a modern Apple-first environment.

• Strong working knowledge of our tech stack, or most of it, and the ability to close the gaps fast: macOS, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, 1Password, Zoom, Meraki.

• A customer mindset paired with technical judgment: you know when to fix, when to escalate, and how to communicate either way.

• Steady under load: you keep the queue moving and the tone calm, even on a bad day.

• Comfortable on-site five days a week. This is a hands-on, in-person role.

Nice to have

• Experience running support through an AI-assisted / agentic ITSM. We run an AI-native platform; ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice experience transfers well.

• AV and conferencing exposure (Neat, Zoom Rooms).

• Scripting or automation for repetitive support work.

• Experience mentoring or onboarding junior support staff.
