About the project

We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join the team of our client, a European Union institution based in Warsaw. You will manage and optimise the ServiceNow platform within an ICT Service Management environment: administering and securing the platform, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting users and enhancement projects. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment partner, and the cooperation agreement will be signed directly with our contracting partner.

Key Details:

Rate: up to 40 EUR/h net (B2B)

Work Model: on-site in Warsaw, full-time (40 h/week)

Location: Warsaw

Important: EU citizenship is required for this role

Your responsibilities

• Administering, configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform
• Managing platform security, upgrades, incidents and availability
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Supporting ServiceNow enhancement projects and bug fixing
• Contributing to risk management, disaster recovery and service continuity
• Delivering training and user support, and maintaining technical documentation

Our requirements

• EU citizenship
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, including security and upgrades
• Good knowledge of ITSM processes, especially incident and change management
• Practical experience with MariaDB
• Business analysis skills
• ServiceNow certification(s)
• Bachelor's degree
• English at C1 level and fluent Polish

Optional

• Hands-on experience with several PAM capabilities, such as Privilege Cloud, WPM, EPM and Vendor PAM
• Experience with PAM integrations, APIs and automation
• Experience in a GxP-regulated environment, ideally in pharmaceuticals or life sciences, including change control, validation and qualification, and audit trails and compliance documentation
• Experience with ServiceNow, SIEM integrations, PowerShell, Linux and SSH
• Relevant CyberArk or Idira certifications
