About the project

We are looking for a versatile ServiceNow IRM professional who combines consulting, business analysis, and technical expertise. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams, driving the successful implementation of Integrated Risk Management solutions and helping organizations improve their risk, compliance, and governance processes. Your responsibilities

• Leading the implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
• Conducting requirements analysis and solution design for Integrated Risk Management processes
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver effective risk management solutions
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Assessing control effectiveness and conducting individual risk assessments
• Managing the risk register and related artifacts to maintain compliance and governance standards
• Advising on the ServiceNow data model and its application within risk management processes
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of IRM concepts

Our requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management and ServiceNow IRM implementations
• Strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management processes and GRC
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, including data structures and record types
• Hands-on experience with key IRM concepts such as Control Effectiveness Assessment, Inherent Risk, and Risk Register
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams
• Fluent English

Optional

• Experience in solution architecture within ServiceNow environments
• Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules and features
