About BLP

Join BLP and help make the world’s business processes autonomous! Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains. Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. We are one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups, expanding globally from our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse.

About the role

Delta builds BLP’s core software: the technical foundation that everything else at the company runs on. Our work spans four areas: * Infrastructure: Build and operate the cloud infrastructure BLP depends on, covering security, observability and CI/CD. * Backend: Develop a large codebase, tackling performance, concurrency and the challenges of distributed systems. * ML: Apply the latest AI technology to complex, real-world business problems and turn it into reliable production software. * Unbound: Build our product extension platform, enabling BLP to automate arbitrary customer business processes as we scale.
