Technical Product Owner

At Mindbox we connect top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the Scheduling and Workload Automation (SWA) capability within a global enterprise technology function. This role covers the full lifecycle of scheduling and automation platforms supporting Linux and mainframe‑based environments, ensuring they are reliable, resilient, secure, and continuously improving.

You will translate broad platform strategies into a clear, prioritised roadmap, balancing new capabilities with platform health, compliance, technical debt, and operational excellence. The position requires strong collaboration across engineering, architecture, operations, and service‑management teams to deliver and evolve a business‑critical capability at scale.

While experience with BMC Control‑M or IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) is highly desirable, the key requirement is proven product ownership experience in large, complex, regulated environments.

Sounds like your kind of challenge?

• Practical knowledge of operational processes — incident, problem and change management, monitoring, resilience and continuity.
• Solid grasp of risk, control, audit and compliance principles, gained preferably in regulated industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business contexts.
