About the job

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Architect to join our Digital Workplace team, based out of our modern Warsaw office in Poland. In this role, you will combine hands-on solution architecture with strategic thinking, designing and shaping the digital tools and platforms that Falck employees rely on every day — from collaboration and productivity tools to endpoint management and hybrid infrastructure.

You will work with stakeholders across the business and IT to translate strategic ambitions into concrete, scalable, and secure workplace solutions, while also helping define where our Digital Workplace should be heading in the years ahead.

Wymagania

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing enterprise workplace solutions in large, complex or international environments.
• Significant experience in designing and implementing solutions across areas such as:

- Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
- Windows Autopilot and Windows 11 lifecycle management.
- Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and password-less authentication.
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security controls.
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
- Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 or similar desktop virtualization platforms.
- Application packaging, software distribution and application lifecycle management.
- Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS or macOS management.

• Demonstrated experience in architecture documentation such as high-level designs, low-level designs, reference architecture, technical standards, decision records and migration strategies.
• Ability to move confidently between strategic architecture, detailed technical design and implementation guidance.
• Proven ability to work at both a strategic level (roadmaps, setting direction) and a hands-on solution level (facilitate workshops, design, documentation, implementation guidance).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Although you will work with the Polish team on daily basis, we are a mixed international team, so you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Zakres obowiązków

• Design end-to-end workplace solutions, from architecture and technical design through implementation guidance, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Falck's overall IT architecture.
• Define and drive the strategic direction for the Digital Workplace domain, including technology roadmaps, standards, and future-state architecture.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into workable architectural solutions.
• Lead architecture work for core workplace domains such as endpoint management, collaboration platforms, software distribution, desktop virtualization, and hybrid/cloud infrastructure supporting end-user services.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendors, assessing their fit with Falck's digital workplace strategy and existing landscape.
• Ensure architectural governance, documentation, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with global and local IT teams, product owners, project managers, and external partners to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Facilitate technical workshops, design reviews and proof of concepts.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other members of the Digital Workplace team.
