Technical Business Analyst (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Support external partners and stakeholders throughout the system integration lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful integrations and resolve technical or functional challenges.

• Manage and coordinate minor change requests related to system configurations and integrations.

• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate and support production deployments, ensuring proper preparation and smooth execution.

• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into interface specifications and integration agreements.

• Prepare and facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Experience in facilitating meetings and coordinating activities involving multiple stakeholders.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Basic understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS), APIs, and system integration concepts.

• Familiarity with development and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Jira, and Confluence.

• Structured and independent working style, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in technical consulting, application integration, or IT project coordination.

• Experience working in Agile software development environments.

• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and common integration patterns.

• Experience with enterprise IT systems or complex integration landscapes.
