Salary: 900-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery initiatives within the AML and Transaction Monitoring domain. The role will focus on coordinating data sourcing activities, transaction monitoring capabilities, reporting requirements, and implementation efforts across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AML and Transaction Monitoring initiatives

• Coordinate business, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

• Drive implementation of transaction monitoring and reporting requirements

• Coordinate data sourcing and integration activities across multiple systems

• Support onboarding of new regulatory requirements into existing processes

• Prepare project reporting and governance materials

• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions with stakeholders

• Ensure successful delivery in line with business priorities and regulatory expectations

• Collaborate closely with Programme Managers and workstream leads

Expected competences and knowledge

• 6+ years of Project Management experience

• Experience delivering projects within Banking or Financial Services

• Knowledge of AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC, Financial Crime, or Compliance domains

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with data and system implementation projects

• Ability to work independently in complex environments

• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience with data sourcing, data governance, or analytics initiatives

• Experience with regulatory programmes

• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
