About the project

STALEKS is currently migrating from Google Workspace to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, with plans to expand to Power Platform and Dynamics 365). We are seeking a specialist to lead the Digital Adoption and Change Management process for these new tools, ensuring that digital solutions are smoothly integrated and actively used by employees in their daily operations.

Your responsibilities

• Translate business needs from various departments into practical use cases and workflows within Microsoft 365.
• Organize and conduct employee training sessions, onboarding, workshops, and hands-on masterclasses.
• Develop training and support materials, including guidelines, step-by-step instructions, FAQs, checklists, and short video tutorials.
• Establish and lead a network of Digital Champions / Key Users to provide peer-to-peer support across departments.
• Track and analyze usage metrics (adoption rates), identify user barriers, and continuously refine adoption strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the IT team to align change initiatives (without technical infrastructure administration).

Our requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Adoption, Change Management, User Enablement, or IT Training.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and use cases for Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience in conducting trainings, developing educational products, and simplifying complex technical concepts.
• Understanding of Change Management methodologies (ADKAR or similar) and adoption metrics analysis.
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Ukrainian or Russian language skills for internal communication.
• Experience in M365 implementation (including migrations from Google Workspace), knowledge of Power Platform / Copilot, or MS-900 / AB-900 certifications will be an advantage.
