Design & Brand Tools Team Leader

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team in Szczecin by setting clear direction, priorities and ways of working
• Support performance, development and wellbeing, building a collaborative and supportive team culture
• Ensure strong coordination between the Szczecin team and the global Branding & Design organisation, aligning on expectations and changing needs
• Drive digital and IT-related projects end-to-end: from business need and requirements to testing, implementation and user adoption
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and facilitate smooth cooperation with IT teams and external partners
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies and risks to ensure predictable delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement of existing digital solutions and ensure they remain user-friendly, scalable and fit for purpose
• Manage external suppliers and follow up on delivery, quality and performance

Our requirements

• Experience in team management and creating a healthy, high-performing team environment
• Solid experience in managing digital and/or IT-related projects in a business context
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and structured delivery plans
• Experience in working with IT teams, system owners, developers and/or external technology partners
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
• Very good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• People leadership: ability to set direction, coach individuals and support wellbeing in a close, hands-on leadership role
• Stakeholder management: confidence to align priorities across business, IT and external partners in a global setup
• Structured project management: ability to manage scope, timelines, risks and dependencies and keep delivery on track
• Clear communication: ability to explain and align business needs and technical topics with different audiences
• Ownership mindset: proactive, hands-on approach and focus on getting things done in a changing environment

• Experience working in an international organization will be an advantage

About the department

• You will join our Branding & Design team, responsible for shaping and protecting the Coloplast brand globally. Together with colleagues in Denmark and Poland, we work closely with marketing, digital and regional teams to create a consistent and engaging brand experience across markets. We are a collaborative international team that values creativity, clarity and helping others bring the brand to life.
• Currently, we are looking for a new colleague for a temporary contract (approx. until April 2028).
