About the project

We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our Cybersecurity Design & UX team, designing complex internal tools and digital products for global users. The role combines hands-on design, research, and collaboration with developers, covering the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to implementation.

You’ll work in a dynamic, international team, helping shape intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences across enterprise platforms.

Your responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs in Figma / FigJam.
• Lead UX workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear user flows and experiences.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams throughout implementation.
• Support and enhance design system components and maintain interface consistency.
• Present UX rationale effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Our requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX design (end-to-end ownership).
• Proven experience designing complex internal tools or enterprise platforms.
• Expertise in Figma, FigJam, and creation of flows, personas, and journey maps.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
• Ability to simplify complexity and drive structured UX processes.

Optional

• Experience with design systems or mentoring other designers.
• Background in technical or cybersecurity products.
