Your responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network and business application issues
• Installing, configuring and maintaining endpoint devices and software, including security patches and updates
• Managing endpoint equipment and inventory throughout its lifecycle, including procurement and disposal
• Ensuring endpoint devices comply with the Bank’s IT security policies and supporting the implementation of appropriate security measures
• Cooperating with the Head Office IT team and external vendors in resolving technical issues and maintaining endpoint security
• Supporting data extraction, report generation and technical submission processes
• Maintaining records of reported IT issues, endpoint configurations and equipment inventory
• Supporting backup arrangements and participating in business continuity and disaster recovery tests
• Maintaining up-to-date IT operating procedures and preparing relevant reports for management
• Supporting employees in the proper and secure use of endpoint devices

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Understanding of IT environments within the banking sector
• Previous experience in endpoint support or a similar IT support role
• Familiarity with endpoint security principles and data protection regulations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
