Solution Architect / IAM Transformation

We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation programme. The role focuses on designing modern identity solutions for a complex enterprise environment, covering human, machine and workload identities while driving the adoption of Zero Trust principles.

• Hybrid model: 6 days per month from the client's office in Kraków

• B2B contract via Antal (up to 180-190 PLN net/h)

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IAM solutions and target architectures

• Create High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLDs/LLDs)

• Define authentication, authorization and federation architectures

• Design cloud-native solutions in GCP and Kubernetes environments

• Establish API security and workload identity patterns

• Drive Zero Trust architecture and security best practices

• Support engineering teams throughout delivery and implementation

• Collaborate with architects, security teams and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture within enterprise environments

• Solid background in Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Expertise in OAuth2, OIDC, SAML and SCIM

• Experience with Zero Trust architecture

• Good knowledge of GCP and Kubernetes

• Experience in API security and cloud-native architectures

• Understanding of PKI, certificate and secrets management

• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Policy-as-Code (OPA, Cedar)

• Service Mesh technologies

• Experience with large-scale IAM transformation programmes

• Experience in highly regulated environments
