Senior Pega Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Application Design & Development: Build, configure, and maintain scalable applications on the Pega Platform based on business and functional specifications.
• Core Pega Delivery: Develop workflows, Case Management lifecycles, business logic/rules, UI components, and Data Pages.
• System Integrations: Implement and support integrations between Pega applications and surrounding enterprise systems and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, resolve defects, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and participate in code reviews to ensure guardrail compliance.
• Troubleshooting & Operations: Diagnose and resolve technical defects across development, staging, and production environments; support deployment and release-readiness activities.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Pega Experience: Proven hands-on commercial experience developing and designing solutions on the Pega Platform.
• Core Competencies: Solid understanding and practical implementation of:
  • Case Management and workflow/process automation.
  • Business Rules configuration.
  • Data Models & Data Pages architecture.
• Integrations: Working knowledge of connecting Pega with external systems via APIs.
• Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Communication: Good command of English for cross-functional teamwork.
