Integration Support Engineer – Azure Integration Services

We are looking for an experienced Integration Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Azure Integration Services to support and maintain enterprise integration platforms in production environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of cloud-based integration solutions. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to troubleshoot issues, manage deployments, and continuously improve integration services.

This is a hands-on operational role, ideal for someone with proven experience supporting Azure integration technologies in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Azure integration solutions in production environments.

• Monitor integration platforms, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve incidents.

• Participate in operational support, Tier 1 support activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure reliable integrations.

• Manage deployments and releases using Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.

• Monitor platform performance and ensure system stability and compliance with operational best practices.

• Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous service improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong, practical experience with Azure Integration Services (AIS).

• Hands-on experience with the following Azure technologies:

  • Azure Logic Apps

  • Azure Functions

  • Azure Service Bus

  • Azure Event Hubs

  • Azure API Management (APIM)

• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and messaging concepts.

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

• Practical knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting cloud-based production environments.

• Understanding of monitoring, incident management, and production support processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
