Wymagania

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a team building automation services for a modern internal developer platform.

The role focuses on designing and developing scalable solutions that automate technology controls, streamline processes, and improve the overall developer experience.

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with API development, databases, and data modelling.
• Good understanding of Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Knowledge of Linux, HTTP, networking, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Grafana, InfluxDB).
• Understanding of technology controls and automation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Internal Developer Platforms or cloud infrastructure.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with compliance automation in regulated environments.

• Design and develop automation services, APIs, and system integrations.
